Job Description


Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Machine Operators who are eager to join our team working with Milliken- Valway Plant in LaGrange, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a company TRULY worth growing with! Great starting pay that just INCREASED to at least $14.80/hr AND OVERTIME!






Machine Operator Highlights:

 




  • Competitive starting pay rate between $14.80-$16.64/hr (pay may vary based on shift and experience) 




  • Raises available during the 1st 90 days, based on performance




  • Weekly Production incentive bonuses for meeting production goals




  • Contract-to-Hire at 90 days

Machine Operator Responsibilities:




  • Operate various machines in a production environment




  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment




  • Inspect quality of products/ parts; notify supervisors of non-conformance issues




  • Meet production demands with regards to production volume and quality goals







Machine Operator  Requirements:




  • Recent job-related experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting preferred




  • Good verbal and written communication skills




  • Stable work history




  • Flexibility in working hours including ability to work 12 hour shifts, overtime, and weekends




  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
