Job Title: Senior Specialist - System Management
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to design develop maintain and enhance enterprise applications running on IBM Mainframe platforms
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in COBOL JCL DB2 and CICS along with experience in incident resolution production support application modernization and Agile development methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and enhance Mainframe applications using COBOL JCL DB2 and CICS
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform code reviews unit testing integration testing and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
- Optimize application performance scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with business analysts QA teams and stakeholders
- Prepare technical documentation job flow diagrams and support artifacts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow ITIL processes
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security regulatory and organizational standards
