Job Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance tasks
- Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on various crane systems
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Attend training sessions to further develop technical skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong skills in mechanical systems including electrical
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push/pull 50lbs routinely and work in different environmental conditions
