Job description

招聘JD：
（1）负责激光器相关的产品散热方案设计的交付，对成本、性能、体积、噪声以及可靠性等竞争力指标负责
（2）开展冷媒直冷系统、风冷相变散热系统、液冷系统散热设计以及预研工作，保证产品在业内的竞争力
（3）协同结构 / 硬件以及产品团队完成架构堆叠设计，保障散热方案交付一版成
（4）解决测试过程中遇到的过热、噪音问题，具备端-端问题解决能力

1.专业能力：本科及以上，热能与动力工程、工程热物理、制冷、流体力学等
2.工作经验：本科5年以上或者硕士3年以上工作经验，熟练掌控flotherm、icepak、6sigma或者fluent等热仿真软件
3.精通自然散热、风冷、水冷以及制冷等散热技术，独立完成各冷却系统器件选型，有冷媒系统设计、冷媒直驱系统、泵驱两相、热管及3D VC相变技术、激光器大功率或者其它高功率电子水冷及风冷技术等经验优先
4.善于思考，具备系统思维，工作积极主动
