Job description

Our Journey

The ShopBack Group is Asia-Pacific’s leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, serving over 20 million active members across 13 markets. In 2025, the Group continued its global growth with its expansion into North America. Driven by the vision to make every day more rewarding, ShopBack is dedicated to saving members money and time, and delivering delight every day. The platform also enables merchants and brands to engage with their members in a cost-effective manner. Founded in 2014, ShopBack now powers over US$5.5 billion in annual sales for over 20,000 online and in-store partners, and has rewarded shoppers with more than US$900 million (over S$1 billion) in Cashback to date. Through its innovative offerings, ShopBack continues to create value for both members and merchants. Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout.

The Opportunity

The ShopBack Management Associate Program is a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders. You'll gain exposure to multiple teams, tackle high-impact challenges, and work directly with leaders across the company.

This is not your average graduate program. We're looking for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are energized by big goals — because you won't just learn from us, you'll help shape what's next.

This track is designed for talents who are ready to take their career regional, specifically for the Southeast Asia markets. You'll begin your journey at our Singapore HQ before seconding to Thailand hub for the remainder of the program — building first-hand experience of how ShopBack scales across different SEA markets. You’ll also be travelling to other regional markets beyond SEA depending on business exposure and needs.

Now, we're inviting fresh graduates and early-career talent to embark on a growth journey with us — and help reimagine the future of rewards in an AI-native era.

Intake Cohort - Jan/Feb 2027

What You’ll Own
  • Accelerated growth across 2–3 business functions (e.g. Marketing, Business Development, Operations), giving you a well-rounded hands-on execution experience of how ShopBack drives impact at scale.
  • Dedicated mentorship and leader engagement to guide your development, challenge your thinking, and unlock your potential.
  • Impactful, hands-on initiatives where you'll own workstreams, drive alignments with key stakeholders, and see your ideas drive real results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration globally, building regional perspective and agility in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Critical learning in business and leadership, with a focus on growth mindset, data fluency, and customer-first thinking.
  • AI-native approach for anything that you do; you understand how agentic workflows work, you reach for one when a problem hits your desk, and you can build a durable tool that someone else can run next week.

  • Who You Are
  • Fresh Graduate, or less than 12 months of full-time work experience post-graduation
  • AI Builder — demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to build agentic workflows, sharpen analysis, and move 3x faster at scale in a work or academic setting
  • Problem-solver — comfortable with ambiguity, solution-centric and problem identification
  • Clear communicator — fluent in spoken and written English, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-market teams across our global footprint
  • A self-starter mentality — you take initiative, learn fast, and never wait to be told what to do
  • Genuine curiosity about tech, startups, digital commerce, or growth businesses
  • Team player — thrive in collaborative environments, supporting and elevating others to achieve shared goals
  • Leadership — demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to rally others towards impact

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
  • English Proficiency — fluency in spoken and written English is required, as the role involves daily collaboration with regional and global stakeholders across our markets
  • Onboarding Commitment — available to be stationed at our Singapore HQ for the first 3–6 months
  • Relocation Commitment — required to relocate and be based in Thailand for the remainder of the 24-month program following the Singapore onboarding period for the Thailand leadership track business exposure
  • Travel Commitment — able to travel at least 50% of the time across markets to gain business exposure

  • Interview Process
  • Round 1: Take home Online AI Assessment (2 hours)
  • Round 2: Group Onsite Interview (2 hours)
  • Round 3: 1-to-1 Onsite Interview with Leaders (45 minutes)
  • Round 4: Final round of interview with C-suite executives

  • ShopBacker Traits

    • Agency - We take ownership and act, rather than waiting for permission. When something's blocking progress, we find a way through it and follow through until it's done.
    • Judgement - We aim for high-impact decisions, not just easy wins, and we put the bigger picture ahead of individual interests. That means moving quickly and confidently, while staying thoughtful about when a call really matters.
    • Learning Velocity - We pick up new skills fast and let go of old habits just as quickly when something better comes along. We benchmark ourselves against the best and keep raising our own bar.
    • Tenacity - We stay in it when things get hard, keeping a level head under pressure. We debate openly before deciding, then commit fully — and support each other along the way.

    What's in it for ShopBackers

    • Career growth opportunities to take on greater challenges that help you realise your ambitions.
    • Be part of a winning team on a journey to global scale.
    • Competitive compensation based on performance.
    • Candid, open, and collaborative culture where feedback is valued.
