Influence Tech is growing, and we are looking for a Management Consultant with 3–6 years of experience who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
As a Management Consultant at Influence Tech, you will contribute to initiatives that help our clients navigate complex technology transformations and unlock new opportunities through digital innovation. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to support projects related to ERP and core business systems, technology strategy, automation, and cloud transformation.
In this role, you will support project workstreams, contribute with strategic insights and analysis, and help translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create real and lasting value for our clients.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
3–6 years of relevant professional experience within management consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation roles.
Experience from working with technology-driven transformation initiatives, such as ERP or core business system implementations, automation, AI initiatives, or cloud transformation.
The ability to analyze complex problems and translate business needs into technology-driven solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
A proactive and structured way of working, with the ability to contribute to high-paced consulting projects and manage workstreams.
A methodical, analytical, and systematic approach to problem solving.
Passion for technology, innovative solutions and digital transformations.
Relevant higher education with strong academic results (Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred).
Fluency in Swedish and English.
