Job Description

Changi Airport Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the digital transformation roadmap for airport operations, and to lead the development and deployment of high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and passenger experience.

The candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution — contributing both breadth across multiple programmes and depth in end-to-end delivery of specific projects. This is a high-impact role for individuals who are excited by the prospect of reimagining airport operations and delivering tangible outcomes at scale. The nature of the work grants a unique opportunity to explore and implement transformative ideas, gaining valuable exposure to technologies and industry insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate the digital transformation roadmap for airport operations

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from exploration to deployment.

  • Steer technology development and evaluate solutions for operational feasibility and impact.

  • Deploy solutions in operational environments and oversee change management and adoption.

  • Adapt approaches across projects requiring varying degrees of technical depth, business model development, and user engagement.

Preferred Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 3 years of working experience.

  • Enthusiastic about transforming airport operations and demonstrate knowledge in deploying digital systems

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to articulate desired end goal, devise mid-term strategy, outline programme roadmap, gather stakeholders’ buy-in and get things done

  • Excellent communications (written & oral) and people skills, with a proven ability in change management (such as obtaining stakeholders’ buy-in and delivering presentations to senior management).

  • Experience with the aviation sector or prior experience in digital systems would be advantageous
