Job Description
Responsibilities 
  • ETA (Extract, Transform and Analyze) company level survey information into a SPSS database for standardized analysis (level one and level two) for our major benchmark surveys, performance studies and quick pools 
  • Should have in-depth knowledge on SG&A functional 
  • Expertise in analyzing and manipulating primary data and provide insights out of the analysis 
  • Support client projects with high quality client deliverables  
  • Protect the Intellectual Property 
  • Support on the job process of Trainees 
  • Monitor, coach, and develop the team by sharing knowledge and providing training as necessary 
  • Work closely with management in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation 
  • Be an Individual Contributor in the team as and when required to set standards for the team 
  • Fulfill a variety of operational tasks and liaise with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data 
  • Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) targets for all requests are met  
  • Interact with other team members to derive pertinent information for the request (Benchmarking team and other GRC functional experts) 
  • Ownership of deliverables going out from Functional team to clients  
  • Able to manage multiple projects 
  • Prioritization of Requests by maintaining proper communication with internal client  
  • Calculate, quality control, document, and securely store database metrics for revised version of our benchmark programs 
  • Sequence the presentation with minimal supervision so that the deliverables are client ready 
  • Quarterly in-depth analysis for the Executive Advisory Program, Book of Numbers series 
  • During the annual revision process, work with program leaders to develop comparative metrics 
  • Work with program development team to create syntax for standardized reports 
  • Work with the sales / service delivery team to identify subset of companies that meet the requirements for that client 
  • Perform analysis to reconcile metrics based on client and consultant inquiries on an on-going basis 
  • Assist sales force with an understanding of the demographics of the companies used to develop comparative metrics 
  • Work with the service delivery team to develop and document syntax for standard and customized client specific analysis

  • Good exposure to statistical analytics tools desirable 
  • Exposure to global economics is a plus 

 

  • Good exposure with SQL based data extraction and relational database fundamentals  
  • Must have sound knowledge on SG&A activities across different industries
