Description: 

Position Summary

This position is to support the execution of the Gaming Concession Committee (GCC)'s strategy in writing regulatory reports and correspondence, managing the project and finance data repository, and assisting in the audit process, business partnership and research activities.

Primary Responsibility

1. Compose and put together regulatory reports and correspondence and ensure their adherence to the required formats and timeline.
2. Support communications with internal teams and regulators to minimize any risk on the Investment Plan.
3. Administer data repository for NG projects and finance with data from various sources and ensure its integrity, consistency and timeliness.
4. Assist in audits to ensure compliance and reporting standards.
5. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure reporting processes align with new requirements.
6. Conduct research activities and presentations per request by management.
7. Assist in building analytical products to support GCC tracking and decision making

Requirements

 - Detail oriented and high level of accuracy with intellectual curiosity, self-driven and motivated.
 - Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese/Chinese and English.
 - Able to perform multi-task in a demanding and fast paced collaborative environment.
 - Ability to handle tight timelines in reports and submissions.
 - Flexible and able to communicate effectively.
 - Experience working in an Integrated Resort environment or Corporate Affairs office of large company.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
