We are currently looking for a talented Manager, Technical Services to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and coordinating with the leasing and management team as well as the Building Management team on all technical related matters including repair and maintenance, tenant's fitting out and reinstatement work, project management of improvement works, participating in building, mechanical and electrical design, and evaluating technical solutions
- Manage a team of multi-disciplinary technical staff to ensure that plant and equipment are maintained to the highest standards and operate effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for the control of the annual budget and monitor expenditure
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Registered Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level
- Experience with chiller plant systems would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
