What You'll Do:
As a Manager in Training, you'll work side-by-side with Store Managers and upper management to learn the skills needed to run a successful Dunkin' restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily store operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash management
- Training and motivating team members to deliver great guest experiences
- Learning how to resolve problems quickly and effectively while keeping customers happy
- Maintaining brand and food safety standards
- Driving productivity and assisting in achieving sales and profitability goals
- Building leadership skills to prepare for your promotion to management
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of supervisor or assistant manager experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and guests
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule
