Manual Testing Technical Specialist-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

•            Perform functional, SIT, regression, and UAT testing across D365 and integrated web applications

•            Analyze business requirements, workflows, and system integrations to design effective test scenarios

•            Validate end-to-end business processes, data flow, and UI/API integrations

•            Execute web testing including UI, cross-browser, and API validations

•            Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA/Azure DevOps

•            Contribute to shift-left/in-sprint automation using Java selenium/Playwright to improve regression efficiency

•            Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git)

Required Skills

•            Strong experience in D365 and web applications testing

•            Expertise in test design, execution, and defect management

•            Experience with integration testing and E2E validation

•            Hands-on with Selenium WebDriver (Java)

•            Knowledge of API testing (RestAssured/Postman)
