What We Do – Accountabilities
- Assures administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely matter conveyed to the leadership team.
- Assures partnership with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives as well as reporting.
- Assures training is conducted in the approved branded fashion to maintain consistency in learning and development of trainees.
Essential Functions
- Adheres to, and assists in the administration of all Safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping and accident prevention.
- Assists leadership in tracking departmental data related to specific metrics to drive performance.
- Responsible for coordinating and providing day to day reporting to management team
- Performs physical counts and monitors inventory levels to maintain accuracy.
- Provides support in driving continuous improvement of processes.
- When business needs dictate, the ability to perform all Distribution Center functions, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping.
- Assist in operational training as needed.
- Leads by example, by abiding by all company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
- Distribution Center Experience 1+ years
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks/projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions.
- Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks.
- Excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
