What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler, you play a critical role in keeping our production moving. You’ll be at the center of our manufacturing process—managing inventory, preparing materials, and ensuring everything is exactly where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
In this role, you will:
- Manage inventory and perform transactions in our ERP system with accuracy
- Pull, stage, package, and label materials for production and shipping
- Prepare and modify materials according to detailed specifications and prints
- Operate equipment such as filament cutters and other machinery
- Assemble, trim, and finish materials to meet quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help refine processes
- Ensure equipment is operating properly and perform basic maintenance
Schedule & Pay
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours!)
- Pay: $20–$22/hour + bonus opportunities

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of material handling experience
- Strong math and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and measuring devices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack experience (preferred)
Physical & Work Environment
This role keeps you active and engaged throughout the day:
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Work in a manufacturing environment with light exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
- Use PPE such as safety glasses, shoes, and hearing protection
