As an MDM / Reltio Sr. Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services within our Data Analytics practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data management solutions that enhance client operations and drive business value. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements and build meaningful relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and technical development.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Designing and optimizing business process automation solutions to improve workflow and performance
- Managing project delivery and planning to meet client expectations and timelines
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Analyzing operational performance data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Collaborating with teams to drive continuous process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot performance issues and develop effective solutions
- Supporting managed services operations by maintaining service level management and operational excellence
- Leading efforts in data quality automation to maintain accuracy and reliability of data
- Facilitating business transformation through strategic planning and execution of automation solutions

What You Must Have
- Hands on experience in Reltio MDM & Reltio Integration Hub
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
