Schedule: T-F (3 Days) and 1 Weekend Day (Four 10 Hour Shifts) Responsible for building and maintaining off-premise product displays including appearance and rotation. Works under the supervision of the department managers and/or team leaders. Work as a team with Delivery Drivers and Sales Representatives to provide the best possible customer service to all clients. |

Effectively manage daily route assignments to ensure all scheduled accounts are serviced on time and according to company standards. |
Qualifications
Performance Expectations:
· Take ownership of assigned accounts and execute daily priorities with minimal supervision.
· Consistently achieve company standards for merchandising execution, display compliance,
product rotation, and in-stock conditions.
· Communicate effectively and professionally with Sales Representatives, Team Leaders,
Supervisors, and customers.
· Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned
work.
· Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
· Support company initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve account conditions, increase product visibility, and
enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Education and/or Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
· Language Skills: Ability to read labels and comprehend various coding systems.
· Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software; Internet software; order processing systems.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation to use to get to multiple work locations as directed throughout the workday; and the vehicle must have the capacity to transport POS as needed.
- Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills and people skills in order to be able to respond to any situation.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to
stand; walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or
hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee
must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and frequently lift up to 30
lbs.
Work Environment:
The work environment is indoors but the employee is required to frequently work in a
refrigerated atmosphere.
