Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM Technical Solution Architect to lead our clients’ CRM implementation projects. This role will be responsible for driving presales activities, designing scalable CRM architectures, and guiding implementation teams to ensure high‑quality delivery for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end technical architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Participate in presales activities, including requirement discussions, solution proposals, effort estimation, and technical presentations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define integration strategies with external systems using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other technologies.
- Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore development teams.
- Review solution designs, customization, plugins, workflows, and configurations to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Oversee data migration planning, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and provide expert guidance on technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements.
