Your contribution:
- Working in a global Microsoft SQL DB Admin team
- Steer external IT service provider to deliver the expected service with agreed SLAs
- Architect, deploy and, manage hybrid environments (cloud-based + On-Prem) in terms of infrastructure management
- Evaluate new database technologies and shape the future of our database landscape.
- Be accountable for the daily operations of our MSSQL database systems
- Implement security policies / measures for MSSQL databases
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate our On-Prem infrastructure using PowerShell or T-SQL
- Consult software engineers on database design, query optimizations and best practices
Your experience and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in administration of Microsoft SQL Databases
- Computer Science degree would be considered as +
- PC literacy: MS Office package including Teams
- Comprehensive understanding of database structures, database management, and query performance tuning
- Good knowledge of developing database queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Good knowledge of managing external IT service providers as well as project management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills & willingness to work in international teams & projects
- English skills language on min. B2 level
- Experience working in a larger enterprise
- Postgre SQL database administration experience would be considered as +
