POSITION
SUMMARY:
Supporting
the DIA, charged with establishing and maintaining a standardized, integrated,
and synchronized training, education, and development program for the DoD CI
and HUMINT Enterprise (DCHE) to protect national and DoD resources and
interests. We are providing experienced instructors for HUMINT and CI course
development input and instruction in the disciplines of HUMINT enabling
operations. We will provide a broad spectrum of expertise to support HUMINT
training, to include course instruction and program management. HUMINT training
delivery methods consist of, but are not limited to, classroom lectures, small
group instruction, and practical exercise-based training (e.g. role play), all
of which shall occur in-resident at a Government facility or environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
AND DUTIES:
- The
Mid-level CI Enabling Instructor shall provide expertise to design, support,
and deliver training in all areas of CI enabling. - The instructor shall be able
to instruct with authority over the entire range of CI/HUMINT enabling training
principles, to include national Level HUMINT operations (Title 50) and Military
Source Operations (Title 10) and shall conduct CI familiarization training
and/or CI surveillance operations. - The CI enabling instructor shall coordinate
DIA guest lecturers and ensure that all instruction and presentation materials
are professional, accurate, and complete. - The instructor shall be familiar with
DoD CI and HUMINT enabling and collection operations management policies and
legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT systems. - The
instructor shall be familiar with the HUMINT Operations Support Officer career
tracks and other associated certification courses. - The instructor shall
administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in the
CI/HUMINT training curriculum in accordance with established DIA procedures. - The instructor shall assume duties as a platform instructor and possibly deploy
on CONUS field-training exercises serving as an instructor and/or role player
alongside active duty military and DoD civilian instructors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Shall have experience working in DoD as
a certified CI professional - Top Secret Clearance
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience
working in an operational environment - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience
directly involved in CI support to HUMINT operations, CI surveillance, or CI
support - Shall be able to instruct with
authority over the entire range of CI enabling training principles, to include
Title 10 and Title 50 authorities - Graduate from an accredited service level
or DIA CI credentialing school.
