Role Overview
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Python Developer to contribute to the development and integration of our ERP platform, internal dashboards, and AI-assisted tools. You’ll work closely with a senior developer to build scalable, high-quality solutions that improve company-wide operations and support business growth. This role blends enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven intelligence, offering hands-on experience across the full stack.
Ideal Candidate
Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least Series A or B (≥ USD 5M).
Strong expertise in Python and experience architecting backend or full-stack systems at scale (Django, Frappe, FastAPI).
Familiar with cloud deployment and scalable services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Comfortable building front-end dashboards, portals, or helpdesk tools.
Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, ERPNext, SAP) or internal business platforms.
Eager to learn from senior developers and contribute to complex projects.
Experience with data processing, analytics, or AI integration is a plus.
Ability to ship features efficiently, maintain code quality, and follow best practices in high-pressure environments.
Details
Location preference: remote/Bangalore-based)
Work model: 100% remote with fully flexible hours / Hybrid once office is set up – 2-3 days per week in-office, remote the rest
