Job description

We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Program Analyst in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.

 

Position Description:

The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Program Analyst for a Navy Mission Systems program support contract

 

YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE

 

Responsibilities

·        Providing engineering and technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems to meet technical requirements.

·        Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for new technology insertion and assist in development of technical potential new requirements and concept feasibility.

·        Assist in development of systems engineering schedules, milestone briefings and presentations, including required funds and man-hours expenditures.

 

Required Qualifications

·        Technical Understanding of the Department of the Defense C5I Network Infrastructure, Systems, Hardware, and Software

·        Understanding of DoD Acquisition for Integration of Joint Systems, network integration, cyber, Navy platform systems 

·        Understanding of Modular Open Systems Approach to design and implement future capabilities for the Navy

·        Technical writing skills for briefings, white papers, data-calls, and other program office communications.

 

Desired Qualifications

·        Experience managing SharePoint sites

·        Create automated workflows using Power BI and Power Automate

 

Travel Requirements

·        Travel Expectations <10%
