Job Description

We are looking for a Middle AI Python Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable AI-powered solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications and services using Python.
  • Build and maintain scalable distributed systems and high-load applications.
  • Develop AI agents, RAG solutions, and MCP-based integrations.
  • Work with LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, STT, TTS, and related AI technologies.
  • Design cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectures.
  • Create architecture diagrams, workflow descriptions, and technical documentation.
  • Implement communication solutions using WebSocket, WebRTC, HTTP, polling, and related protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and conduct demos.
  • Participate in task estimation, planning, and solution design.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Python.
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectures.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and serverless architectures.
  • Experience with message brokers and high-load systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MCP, AI agents, and RAG.
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, and AI-related SDKs.
  • Understanding of data workflows, ML workflows, and database selection principles.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Good verbal English communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience communicating with clients and working with business requirements.
  • Experience with task decomposition and project estimation.
