You don't just execute specs; you challenge them to ensure we are building the right thing for users.Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a cross-functional environment, facilitating rapid feedback loops between the technical team and business units to ensure alignment with Amanotes’s business goal.AI-Assisted Workflow: Familiarity with using AI tools to support day-to-day development is highly encouraged. You should be comfortable leveraging tools such as LLMs and coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to reduce repetitive work, accelerate development, and assist with tasks like test generation—while maintaining strong engineering judgment, code quality, and human-in-the-loop decision making.Fullstack Orchestration: Design and maintain scalable solutions using React.js and Node.js/NestJS, ensuring they are secure, resilient, and performant.Infrastructure & Observability: Own your code from local dev to production using AWS/GCP (EKS, GKE) and monitoring tools to ensure "good vibes" for our users.QUALIFICATIONExperience: + 2 years in Software Development with a strong Product-Centric Mindset.Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Node.js (NestJS) and React.js.
