Job Description

1.督導新產品導入管理, 確保符合公司流程, 使新產品順利量產.
2.建立系統性的預防機制, 前期隱患排程避免生產異常.
3.督導同仁各項作業的正確性, 持續進行優化,減少異常費用.
4.負責工廠對外溝通與客戶來訪工廠介紹, 使客戶正確了解工廠概況.
5.跨廠/處單位溝通協調, 凝聚共識, 帶領團隊前進.
6.建立工作流程簡化,優化,標準化,E化,提升專案管理效率, 創造組織價值.
7.召募和培育團隊幹部(選育用評留汰), 設定高績效目標, 領導團隊持續成長.
8.負責主導與推動來自主管或客戶/BU的專案, 使其專案順利運作.
