Job description

【岗位职责】
1、负责飞书深诺商业化前端项目的设计、开发和维护，确保代码的可读性和可维护性，主要方向为出海营销广告工具类能力的开发建设工作，建设比如meetsocial trade desk等可能的产品开发工作
2、具有商业化的前端开发经验(优先tob经验)，能使用React构建高质量的用户界面和用户体验，对表单、图表有较深的理解并具有复杂组件的开发实践经验
3、能够参与需求拆解，需求价值论述，结合用户/业务视角论证需求并能高效落地，有技术抽象思维，推进团队前端架构的合理演进
4、负责初/中级开发人员的培养工作
5、具备前端运维响应思维，能从开发阶段就有对应埋点、监控思维，并在服务上线后能够很好的进行线上运维支持工作

【任职要求】
1、计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历
2、有5年以上的前端开发经验
3、对前端技术有深入理解，包括HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript等，能熟练使用React
4、熟悉现代前端技术和工具，如ES6，Webpack，Babel，npm，yarn等
5、有良好的问题解决和团队协作能力
