    THE WORK
    - Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions.
    - These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.
    - Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost.
    - Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

    WHO YOU ARE
    The selected candidate will serve as the Multi-Function Planner Supervisor leading a unit team consisting of hourly Represented Hourly team within the Aerostructures Material Logistics organization.
  • This candidate will oversee and manage a team of planners responsible for coordinating and optimizing production, supply chain, and logistics activities.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of planning processes.
  • The supervisor will ensure that all planning activities align with organizational goals, meet customer requirements, and adhere to quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP operating systems
  • Forecasting (raw materials) exposure
  • Solid customer interface skills required
  • Previous experience with shop floor production control supervision. 



Desired Skills

  •  Possess ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and emergency situations that could impact flow of parts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
