THE WORK
- Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions.
- These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.
- Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
WHO YOU ARE
The selected candidate will serve as the Multi-Function Planner Supervisor leading a unit team consisting of hourly Represented Hourly team within the Aerostructures Material Logistics organization. - This candidate will oversee and manage a team of planners responsible for coordinating and optimizing production, supply chain, and logistics activities.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of planning processes.
- The supervisor will ensure that all planning activities align with organizational goals, meet customer requirements, and adhere to quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience using SAP operating systems
- Forecasting (raw materials) exposure
- Solid customer interface skills required
- Previous experience with shop floor production control supervision.
Desired Skills
- Possess ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and emergency situations that could impact flow of parts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
