As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining high performance and scalability. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with responsive design principles to ensure applications function well across devices.
- Familiarity with integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
- Proficient in debugging, testing, and optimizing front-end code for performance and accessibility.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
