Job Description:We're looking for a talented Fullstack Java/React or Angular Developer to join our nearshore team for a Belgic client. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust fullstack applications that serve our global clients. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise and analytical mindset will drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. - Design and develop fullstack applications using Java for backend services and React for frontend interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlessly
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and implementing improvements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the entire stack
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Engage actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to fullstack development
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- +3 Years of experience as developer
- Proven experience with Java programming and backend development
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Demonstrated fullstack development experience with end-to-end project ownership
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (plus)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Background in performance optimization and scalability
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
