Urgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech Support

Job Profile:

Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

Candidate Profile:

Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year

Must know how to close their own calls.

Must have good convincing and sales skills.

Salary:Rs.10,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives

Shift : 8:30pm-6:30am

Benefits and facilities:

Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account+Huge Incentives.
