Develop new applications, modify and maintain existing cloud-native solutions, working closely with end-users, IT peers and management.
Make changes to prevent recurrence, modifying existing code and faulty files, writing and running special programs.
Troubleshot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and application monitoring.
Document the new applications, or the changes made to existing applications.
Participate in unit, integration, and business acceptance testing of the applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Estimate development effort, contribute to technical discussions, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Do whatever is necessary to get to your team's definition of done.
Stay current on emerging technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in related field - Preferred
2+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET
Hands-on experience with Azure Function, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage, building scalable, event-driven applications on Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ preferred.
Be able to describe the above in a logical software stack.
Understanding of unit testing concepts and frameworks preferred.
Ability to be self-directed. Strong problem- solving and communication skills.
Familiar with an Agile environment.
Familiar with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Participation and familiarity with open source projects is a plus.
