Tasks

1.      Work with planning managers, architects, business analysts, quality assurance analysts and agencies to define and transform business requirements into technical design and programming specifications conforming to the system architecture.

2.      Implement enterprise solutions following established patterns in application development and data security.

3.      Build, deploy and test software applications and modules using automated test and deployment technologies and tools.

4.      Provide direction in identifying appropriate technical solutions (application and system level) that meets business objectives, which include defining technical alternatives to derive the most cost-effective solutions to meet client requirements.

5.      Review test cases and test plans in conjunction with quality assurance staff.

6.      Execute unit and integration testing procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

1.      Seven years of experience developing ASP .NET MVC applications with C#

2.      Five years of experience developing in XQuery

3.      Three years of experience developing with Java

Desired Skills

1.      Experience using Entity Framework

2.      Experience writing T-SQL for MS SQL Server

3.      Experience working with MarkLogic

4.      Experience within an Agile Scrum development team

5.      Experience in development of Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above

6.      Experience using XML schemas

7.      Experience using XSLT

8.      Experience using SOAP and REST web services

9.      Experience using Web API

10.   Experience with DevOps incorporating automation for CI/CD pipelines

11.   Experience using Gradle

12.   Experience working with front-end JavaScript libraries, especially Bootstrap 4/5 and jQuery

13.   Experience with GitLab

14.   Experience working with performance and availability tools such as New Relic

15.   Experience working with and remediating scans from SAST and DAST tools

16.   Experience using HTML

17.   Experience using CSS

18.   Experience using JavaScript

19.   Experience with Junit

20.   Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts

21.   Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systems
