Responsibilities
- Work on a project team to develop and advance commercial software for our ProviderSoft customers
- Participate in design phase of application interface, application functionality and the database
- Design and develop databases, primary in Microsoft SQL Server
- Design and program interface and application functionality primarily in asp.net and vb.net
- Quality Assurance and third level software support
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferably in related field such as computer science
- Real world programming experience developing web based applications with Microsoft SQL Server and ASP.NET
- Experience implementing applications from design to deployment
- Understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate these into functional and efficient software solutions
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in design & development are a plus
- Certifications such as MCSD are a plus, but not required
- Willingness to wear multiple hats
- Self-Starter with ambition who wants to help grow the company and eventually be considered for management role
