Employment Type: Full Time
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

8+ years relevant technical experience in Network support / operations 
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki solutions (MR access points, MS switches, MX security appliances, SDWAN).
Monitor network health, performance, and security using the Meraki Dashboard and related tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across wireless, switching, and security domains within Meraki environments.
Execute firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of Meraki devices.
Implement and manage VLANs, site-to-site VPNs, SD-WAN, and routing protocols (e.g. OSPF.EIGRP,BGP).
Advance Troubleshooting Knowledge on VLAN/VTP/STP/Port channel/HSRP/VRRP/GLBP/VSS & VPC 
Advance Troubleshooting Knowledge on Cisco iWAN, WAS & VPN Tunnels
Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, security, operations) to integrate Meraki with broader network infrastructure.
Author and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.
Provide technical support, escalation handling, and mentoring to junior engineers.
Stay current on Meraki product features, roadmap, and best practices; evaluate new features.
Assist in network capacity planning, performance optimization, and design reviews.
Sound knowledge with the wireless technologies' and WLAN controllers  Other technologies
Well versed P1/P2 escalation handling & Provide Quick resolution during Major Issues.
Provide incident response & resolution  as part of the 24x7 Network Operations Center  
Certification : CCNP & CCIE preferable

Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
