Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs one or more of the following activities on the company's internal networks: configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation. Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas. May support activities related to change management, outage management, and project management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT related engineering, computer science, or information systems. Two (2) years work experience in engineering or information technology environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge/Skills, Considered A Plus:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Datacenter Networking, Virtualization, NFV, Linux and Application delivery platforms such as Load balancers and GSLB.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with the implementation of data center switches, including the latest designs trends such as Leaf and Spine on Cisco ACI is a must.
- Knowledge of and experience with Network and Security infrastructure such as Firewalls, Network Load balancing and Proxy devices
- Solid data center architectural design and hands-on engineering experience experience with Virtualization Networking, NFV, Cloud Networking and Linux.
- Knowledge of and experience with BGP and EIGRP
- Understanding of Network and NFV technologies
- Experience with strategic architecture and roadmap development.
- Knowledge of Internet protocols and standards, including DNS, REST, SSL/TLS, HTTP, NETCONF, Open Config, and YANG
- Strong documentation and Visio design diagram skills
- Strong customer-interface and polished/professional communications and presentation skills
