Requirements
Must have:
- 4+ years of experience in Network Cisco Routers/Switch
- Experience as a Network Engineering with an Enterprise Company.
- Experience working with network technologies, Route/Switch, Cisco Routers, Catalyst Switches, Nexus.
- Experience understanding of Data Center Infrastructure.
- Experience with distributed network architecture.
- Experience of routing protocols – BGP, OSPF & EIGRP.
- Managed a multi-site MPLS network.
- Vendor management and SLA skills.
- System Ticketing experience (i.e. service now)
Nice to Have:
- SDWAN experience
- Understanding security technologies, Firewalls, IPS/IDS & Content filtering.
- CCNA or CCNP
Responsibilities
- Support for network alerts generated by monitoring tools. Access Points, Switches, Routers, WAN circuits, Internet circuits.
- Tickets and incidents resolution.
- Tickets and incident documentation.
- Maintain up to date the network inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Availability report for network services.
