Job Summary: We are
seeking a proactive NOC Analyst to monitor, manage,  and  resolve
incidents within our IT infrastructure. The candidate will act as the first
line of defence for identifying and addressing technical issues, ensuring high
system availability and stability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems using industry-standard
tools.

Desirable Skills: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of
    experience in a NOC or IT support environment.

  • Hands-on experience with
    monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Site24x7, or similar solutions.

  • Strong understanding of IT
    infrastructure components, including servers, virtualization, and
    networks.

  • Proficiency in diagnostic
    tools like Ping, Telnet, TraceRt, and RDP etc.

  • Ability to perform initial
    troubleshooting on servers, network devices, and cloud platforms.

  • Good communication and
    documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with ITIL
    processes and best practices.

  • A problem-solving mindset
    and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong collaboration and
    communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
    to evolving IT technologies and processes.

  • Knowledge of Active
    Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms
    such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

  • Experience with scripting or
    automation tools to streamline monitoring tasks.

  • Familiarity with storage
    systems and basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
