As an Observability / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Senior Associate-AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to drive continuous improvement. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and inspire others, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Your work will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming seamless client support
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and performance management
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to refine tools and services
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for process optimization
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and anticipate client needs and expectations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and build meaningful client relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
