As our Office Manager, you are the go-to persons who keeps everything running smoothly. You make sure that our teams can stay focused on what they do best, pushing the boundaries of aerospace and defense technology, while you take care of the environment and services that make great work possible.
You will own the day-to-day operations of our Sofia office and act as the trusted point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and landlords. You will work closely with the local teams but also with the group level HR, IT, and Finance, as well as partner with the other Office Managers across all locations to keep standards consistent and the experience excellent.
What You´ll Do
- Run daily office operations: opening the office, managing inventory, ordering supplies and groceries, and keeping shared spaces in great shape.
- Own the reception experience: greet visitors, handle calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure rooms and materials are ready ahead of time.
- Act as the main point of contact for our rental properties
- Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance, security) and ensure consistent service quality.
- Partner with People / HR on onboarding logistics so that new joiners have a smooth and welcoming first day.
- Support the remodelling, refurbishment, and continuous improvement of our office space as the team grows.
- Contribute to consistent standards and best practices across our European Office Manager community.
- Ensure the office complies with local health and safety, fire, accessibility, and premises-related regulations.
- Maintain risk assessments, emergency procedures, and required certifications in coordination with our Workplace function and building landlord.
