The Onboarding Practice Development Manager is accountable within a specified territory, to ensure a smooth recruit and onboarding journey for newly trained doctors through the provision of sales and clinical guidance and support. To deliver an excellent customer experience for all new Invisalign providers whilst collaborating internally with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the new doctor onboarding program

Key Accountabilities
· Responsible for leading in generating the lead of new doctors i.e. introduction session, collection of prospect doctors and assign doctors to territory with guidance of clinical and sales leads.
· Responsible for working with doctors to complete pre and post training course touchpoints, including activities such as coaching doctors on case selection and suitability.
· Develop good rapport with new doctors during training course and coordinate with PDMs to ensure new doctor activities are executed as required.
· Ability to manage own priorities and work independently to achieve KPIs and deliver targets for newly trained doctors.
· Collaborate closely with sales and clinical team to successfully transition new doctors to PDM after doctors finish training course.
· Application of Align Technology Education Pathway and annual clinical events calendar.
· Some on road assistance may be required.
· Attendance at Invisalign Fundamentals and Invisalign Go training courses.
· Responsible for hosting and moderating online webinars and calls.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge, clinical understanding and understanding of digital practice workflows.
· Maintain current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information.
· Responsibility to open conversations about iTero intraoral scanners, in-practice benefits and detail to drive conversion. Working alongside iTero team.
· Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
· Adherence to agreed KPIs, including but not limited to Practice Events, Educational Recruitment, Call Rate and Business Planning
· Travel will be required to attend dental practices, meetings and events
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Knowledge & Experience
· Experience in customer acquisition activities and skilled at developing a pipeline of potential customers based on eligibility and assessment criteria.
· Ability to demonstrate the iTero scanner and highlight technical capabilities of the scanner.
· Avid learner who effectively articulates product specific selling messages and can provide in-person and remote support to customers.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
· Highly motivated, commercially adept, articulate, and confident.
· Ability to connect with doctors to manage the end to end sales process
· Solutions focused with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and also work autonomously
In this role, you’ll need …
Education & Qualifications
· Prior experience in the dental or medical device industries, highly preferred with some experience working with dental practices or with the Invisalign System.
· Experience in sales or marketing related field preferred.
· Have a keen interest in education and a demonstrated ability to learn technical information.
· Willingness to travel and on occasion work outside of standard working hours.
· Strong skills across Windows applications
· Driver’s license and own vehicle is a requirement of this position
Key Success Measures:
· Achievement of number of new doctors
· Achievement of doctor activation, new dr’s case submission at Invisalign courses
· Achievement of number of new doctor leads generated through all channels e.g. doctor referral, events, etc
· Achievement of conducting lead generation events
