Operational Contract Support (OCS) Capability Development Military Analyst

Position Description:

1Prospect Technologies seeks a Capabilities Development Analyst to analyze Army Operational Contracting Support capability gaps and to develop and implement solutions to resolve these gaps. The analyst will perform OCS-related Capability Needs Analysis, Capability Based Assessments (CBA), and support and coordinate development of DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCRs).

CASCOM Headquarters, Fort Lee, VA

Status:

Full-time

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Have a SECRET clearance.
• Have a Master’s degree.
• Have two (2) years’ operational experience in Army Operational Contract Support (Deployed).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.

• Be a critical thinker and have solid problem-solving skills.
• Possess motivation to seek out new projects and sales opportunities.
