  • Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
  • Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments

  • Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • An associate’s degree (or higher) and a strong desire to grow your career
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to listen actively
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • A fast-learning, adaptable mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities
  • A collaborative, ownership‑driven attitude and openness to feedback

We offer best in class industry benefits:

  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Plans
  • Paid Holidays & PTO
  • Short and Long-Term Disability
  • Paid Life Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Lithia Learning Center
  • Vehicle Purchase Discounts

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.

The full salary range for this position begins at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.

This is based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
