Job Description

Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Lead to be part of our data collection team in Berlin. The Operations Lead role comes with a generous salary, many excellent benefits, and the chance to progress your career at a thriving company in Germany.

 

The Operations Lead will be part of our data collection team and provide full training on the operations performed. This role sits in our Digital Business Operations (DBO*) business unit and provides operations and project planning and management.

 

If you were already in this Operations and project planning and management role, here are some areas you might have worked in this week:

·   Develop planning, scheduling, and assignment distribution plans

·   Coordinate with stakeholders and manage communication using the appropriate tools

·   Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

·   Identify potential risks and obstacles to successful data collection and develop mitigation strategies to address them

·   Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and internal teams for the EMEA region

 

We are seeking an Operations Lead with previous experience in managing data collection projects. You will also require:

·   Min 4-5 years experience from which 2 years experience in managing teams, including training and performance management

·   BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience

·   Experience using Android, iOS, or in-development tools, debugging

·   Familiarity with Mobile and web technologies

·   Ability to travel occasionally

·   Business communication in German and English

·   Drivers’ license
