Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Operations Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Your Role
- Define and implement operational strategies for the Bulgarian market in alignment with global standards
- Lead the setup and ongoing management of the Live Casino studio, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service quality
- Build and manage a high-performing team while fostering a strong, positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to local market needs
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and performance through data-driven improvements
- Ensure full compliance with Bulgarian laws, manage risk, and maintain legal documentation
- Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and facility operations to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Your Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are an advantage
- Proven leadership experience in operations, ideally in the iGaming or entertainment industry
- Experience with studio setup, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance in Bulgaria
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
