This role is focused on providing operational support to ensure the site maintains compliance and performance requirements across OMS, GoGreen initiatives, Safety programs, Employee Relations events, Continuous Improvement activities, and other facility support needs.
The position is also responsible for providing coverage and support for Operations Supervisors during scheduled PTO and other planned absences.
To ensure a strong understanding of site operations and prepare for supervisory coverage responsibilities, the individual will initially be trained on two operational shifts:
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Following the training period, the role will transition to its regular schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This approach will allow the individual to become fully acclimated to the site, develop operational knowledge, and effectively support the facility's staffing and operational requirements.
Operations Supervisor - Distribution
The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.
For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.

Job Description:
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.
