Qualifications:

Sr level, 6-10 PL/SQL experience 

Hands-on coding in PL/SQL 

know how to tune DML statements and PL/SQL code. 

Must be super familiar with Oracle 11g. 

Working knowledge of Oracle 12c is a plus.
