  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Stay and Play Program)
  • Extra Hours available during school holidays!

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Competitive Pay: $33 - $47 per hour + super, rewarding the important role you play every day.
  • Work-Life Balance: Our split shift model gives you your middle of the day back, so you can study, manage family life, or enjoy personal time.
  • Extra pay for split shifts: Earn an additional $21 per day whenever you work a split shift, rewarding the flexibility you bring to the role.
  • Supportive and Stable Team Environment: Join a respectful, welcoming team where you'll feel valued, supported and connected while working for a growing organisation with a strong people-first culture.
  • Career Growth & Development: Build your leadership skills through paid training and clear pathways to progress within JAG as an Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator.
