Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is an integral part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and API usage.
- Experience working with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and coordinate deployment activities.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving system stability issues in complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
