Job Description
The Pleasant Hope R-VI School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time paraprofessional at The Ranch School for the 2026-2027 school year. Pleasant Hope offers a 4-day school week (Tuesday-Friday), competitive salary, full health benefits, and a family-like working atmosphere. Substitute certification, fingerprint and satisfactory background check required.

The paraprofessionals will support the specific needs of students and assist the classroom teacher in meeting the academic, social, behavioral, and health of all students. Experience teaching high-needs special education students in small group settings focusing on emotional behavioral support is preferred; however, experience is not required.
