About Us
At Intellipay, we're building something different — and our partners are at the heart of it.
Lumina is our next-generation, white-label payments platform built for ISOs, MSPs, introducers, and software platforms. It gives partners everything they need to launch their own branded payments solution: AI-powered onboarding tools, real-time transactional data, custom-branded portals, and seamless acquirer submission — all under their own name, on their own domain.
We’re not reselling someone else’s tech. We’ve built our own.
Now we’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to help take that to market.
The Role
This is a sales-focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners into our growing Lumina ecosystem.
You’ll be targeting individuals and organisations that already operate in the payments space — from established ISOs and consultants, to vertical SaaS providers looking to embed payments into their product.
Your role is to:
Introduce the Lumina proposition
Navigate commercial conversations (revenue share, minimums, branded support)
Guide new partners through onboarding
Work closely with our ops and delivery teams to ensure a smooth go-live
We already have a proven programme, strong interest, and a compelling value proposition. You’ll be joining at a point of real momentum
Key Responsibilities
Drive partner acquisition for the Lumina white-label programme
Identify and approach potential partners through outbound and referral-led channels
Present the Lumina proposition in a consultative, partner-first way
Manage the commercial negotiation process from interest to signed agreement
Ensure seamless handover to onboarding, and stay involved during early-stage success
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and help evolve our partner offering
Represent Intellipay at industry events, webinars, and network introductions
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in payments, ideally with exposure to partner channels (5+ years preferably in industry)
You’ve worked for an acquirer or ISO and understand how ISOs are recruited, onboarded, and supported
Strong commercial awareness — you’re confident having margin and revenue share conversations
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and with a sense of ownership
A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
Ideally, you already have a network in the UK ISO/referral space
Benefits
What You’ll Get
A seat at the table in one of the most ambitious partner-led platforms in the UK
Full support from our leadership and operations team
Access to a market-ready, high-conversion programme with a clear USP
Competitive base and commission
The ability to shape the growth of the partner channel as we scale
