Job Description

Job Summary:**

Piramal Pharma Solutions - Morpeth is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Process Operator to execute and monitor manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
* Perform in-process checks and document all manufacturing activities accurately and thoroughly.
* Clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to supervisors.
* Follow all safety regulations and participate in safety training programs.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications:**

* Some experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, or a related regulated industry is preferable but not required.
* Familiarity with GMP and other regulatory guidelines.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including SOPs and batch records.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
